Photo + logo + message β animated HTML5 ads + social/newsletter/HubSpot images, 9 sizes at once

Switching designs keeps your photos, logo, message and link. Each design remembers
its own colors, so switching back restores the ones you had. The Event design has no button β the whole ad
is clickable, and the tilted sticker carries the event dates. The Issue Promo design puts your photos on the
right as tilted magazine covers (the first photo is the front cover, a second one sits behind it) and has no
background video.
The typeface of the headline (the title, in the Event design). Default keeps each design's own
look. Buttons and the dates sticker keep their design's fonts. Each style is embedded in the ad file
(about 20β30 KB), so the ads stay self-contained.
Formats the headline (the title, in the Event design) on every size β use the Aa button on
a size to give that size its own. Bold is each design's headline weight by default; in the Event design it needs a
font style other than Default. Italic is the real italic for Caslon and a slanted version of the others.
Sentence and Title case can't know proper nouns β leave it on βAs typedβ and type them exactly if that matters.
Alignment only moves the text, not the logo or button.
Compact keeps the message and button together at the bottom. Spread pins the
logo to the top and the button to the bottom, with the message centered between them. Applies to the 300Γ600, 300Γ250,
970Γ250 and the larger static sizes; the thin banners stay as they are.
Used for file names in the export.
Auto-resized to keep file weight in check. Add one photo for a static
background, or 2β6 to crossfade through them as a slideshow in the animated ad sizes β drag a
thumbnail to reorder, that order is the slideshow sequence.
The static image sizes (Instagram/newsletter/HubSpot) always use just the first photo.
Pick a focal point so the crop looks right at every size:
Off (default): plays through once and settles on the last photo (or the
video's last frame), same as the rest of the entrance animation β safely within most ad networks' animation-length
policies. On: repeats indefinitely β only applies with 2+ photos or a video.
No video β the photos above are used
Plays instead of the photo slideshow in the animated sizes. Each ad file has to stay
under 1,000,000 bytes, so the clip is silent and short: up to 8 seconds are kept (set βStart atβ before choosing the file
to pick which part), and every size gets its own copy cropped to fit and compressed to the space that size has left.
βPlayβ sets how much of the clip each ad uses. The focal point above sets the crop. The photo β or, with no photo, the
video's first frame β is still used for the static image sizes. Needs a current Chrome, Edge or Firefox to build it;
the finished ads play in any browser that plays WebM, and show the first frame in ones that don't.
No logo
Transparent PNG recommended. Every logo you upload is kept in a shared library,
and the logos already inside saved campaigns are added to it too β so any campaign can reuse them.
Choosing one copies it into this campaign.

Helps legibility on busy photos. Turn off for logos that already have
their own background, or that read fine directly on the photo.

One message adapts to every size, shrinking to fit rather than cutting
off. Long headline (branded content, story titles)? Press Enter to split it into
frames yourself, one line per frame (up to 6) β those breaks are yours to keep, but a
line that's still too long for a given size gets sub-split further for that size only,
instead of forcing every size to share the exact same lines. Leave it as one line
instead and each size makes that same call from scratch: a message too long for a
given size's comfortable length splits into frames on that size only, while a size
with room to spare keeps it as one β so the same message (typed as one line, or your
own breaks) can play as 3 frames on 320Γ50 and stay simpler on 1080Γ1350. Either way, the animated
ad sizes play frames in sequence β about 2.5s each β and loop continuously back to
the first, for as long as the ad is up, independent of whether the photo slideshow
loops. The CTA still only enters once, timed to land with that first pass's last
frame instead of appearing early, then stays put while the headline keeps cycling.
The static image sizes can't animate, so they stack frames as separate lines instead.

Printed on the tilted sticker, in capitals. On the taller sizes it wraps onto two lines.
Leave it empty to hide the sticker.
The small sticker on the wide and thin sizes (970Γ250, 728Γ90, 320Γ50, 560Γ175) has room for
about a dozen characters. Leave this empty to reuse the full dates there β they'll shrink to fit.

The serif look uses the Serif font style (a stand-in for the design's Financier Display). Pick another
Font style above to change the face. Bold sans switches to a heavy sans headline.
Baked in as the ad's clickTag β see README in the export for ad-server notes.
Used for the CTA button. The color of the tilted dates sticker. The hard drop shadow behind the button.
The solid panel color on 970Γ250, and the fallback background
behind the photo everywhere else (visible if no photo is set, or around its edges).
Independent of the button color above. The field the title and logo sit on. The title switches to white
automatically on a dark color. The flat field behind the covers, logo and headline. The headline switches to white
automatically on a dark color.
The three static image sizes (Instagram, newsletter, HubSpot). JPG is typically
3β10Γ smaller than PNG for photographic ads, with slight loss (90% quality) and no transparency. The animated ad sizes are
unaffected.
